Position: Finance Intern
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Art (BA) in account and Finance field with 0 experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Scope of work: The Finance Intern will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager, with the following scope of activities:
- Assist with the primary review of financial documents
- Bank payment processing
- Putting “paid” stamps on final financial documents
- Support on financial document archives
- Support with audit preparation
- Support day to day accounting and finance tasks
- Support day to day admin and grant management tasks
- Support with various project admin tasks such as printing/copying/scanning of documents, training coordination, collecting proforma/invoices
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or designated manager.
