Position: Political Assistant
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, law, human rights, history, international development/international affairs studies is required.

Experience:
Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in political/judicial research and analysis, using advanced written English on a daily basis for professional purposes is required.

Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is required. (These may be tested)

Job Knowledge:
- In-depth political, legal, and cultural knowledge of Ethiopia in order to provide analysis of political events.
- An understanding of the regional and international factors, institutions, and systems that influence Ethiopian and USG policy and interests related to human rights.

Salary: USD $16,609 /Per Year
