Position 1: Digital Loan Officer
Required Qualifications Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer since, Economics and Accounting and finance
- Experience: 1-2 year of experience in digital loan, microfinance, or banking operations
Skill:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in loan processing and documentation.
- Utilize social media and digital communication effectively to engage with clients.
- Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analyze loan data and provide insights for process improvement.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
- Adapt to new digital tools and technologies swiftly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Position 2: Executive Secretary and Office Administrator
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
- The role involves coordinating office activities, supporting management, and facilitating communication within the organization.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
