The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower-income individuals through the application of technology in the financial sector.

Position 1: Digital Loan Officer

Required Qualifications Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer since, Economics and Accounting and finance
  • Experience: 1-2 year of experience in digital loan, microfinance, or banking operations

Skill:

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in loan processing and documentation.
  • Utilize social media and digital communication effectively to engage with clients.
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze loan data and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
  • Adapt to new digital tools and technologies swiftly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Executive Secretary and Office Administrator

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • The role involves coordinating office activities, supporting management, and facilitating communication within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
