The Junior Sales Representative will support local B2B growth by engaging enterprise clients, businesses, and institutions. The role involves lead generation, relationship building, and contributing directly to revenue growth while working closely with the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in engaging with professionals and business leaders
  • Basic understanding of business processes and digital solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Experience
  • 0 years of experience required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in B2B or tech-related environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise clients, businesses, and institutions
  • Conduct field visits and meet decision-makers to introduce company solutions
  • Present enterprise solutions aligned with client business needs
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with key stakeholders
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and manage a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Achieve assigned sales KPIs (visits, leads, meetings, conversions)
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
