Tsedey Bank is one of the microfinances that grew into a bank in recent years. It was formerly the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution. Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was established as Ethiopia’s first financial institution under the Microfinance Act of 1989, and it has now obtained a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

Position 1. Procurement & Outsourcing Officer I

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Management, Business Management or related fields.

Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience.

The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of work: Head Office

Position 2. Contract Management Officer II

Education: Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supplies management, management, business administration or related field

Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position

The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of work: Head Office

Position 3. General Service Officer II

Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Facility Management, Logistics and supply chain Management materials management, or related field

Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position

The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of work: Head Office

Position 4. Logistic & Administration officer II

Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Facility Management, Logistics and supply chain Management, materials management, or related field

Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position

The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of work: Head Office

Position 5. HC Administration Officer II

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, strategic management, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position.

Payroll Preparation experience is advantageous

Position 6. Senior HC Administration Officer

Education: Bachelor degree in human resources, Management, strategic management, business administration, or a related field

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position.

Payroll Preparation experience is advantageous

Position 7. Senior Compliance & Follow-up Officer

Education: BA or BSc Degree in Management, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing Management, Banking & Finance, LLB Degree Law or related fields

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position
