Position 1: Spare Part Storekeeper

Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of BA Degree in Purchasing and Property Management or Procurement and Supplies Management or Property Administration and Warehouse Management or Auto mechanics
  • 4 or 2 years’ experience in spare part stock and inventory management
  • Computer and IT usage skills
  • Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking

Location: (Hawassa Plant)

Position 2: Legal Officer

Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in laws
  • 2 years’ progressive professional experience in legal practice.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and federal laws relevant to the organization’s operations.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing various legal contracts, agreements and standards
  • Ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Ability to address legal issues and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to uphold and promote legal and ethical standards within the organization.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Research & Analysis,
  • Critical Thinking.

Position 3: Method Officer

Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Electromechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years proven relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical component and their operations
  • Mastering Architectural, mechanical, and electrical technologies
  • Advanced Communication & negotiation skills
  • Advanced skill in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Ability to read & interpret documents (Like; safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
  • Basic computer skills.

Position 4: Medical laboratory technician

Qualifications:

The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory and a Professional license from respective Drug food and medicine Authority.

5 or 3 years’ respective professional experience in health care service especially hospital.

Location: Gubre (Zebidar), Raya

Position 5: Senior Business Controller

Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Chartered Certified. Accountant (CA/CMA/ ACCA /CPA) qualifications preferred
  • 10 years’ hands-on professional experience in audit and as head of accounting (but at least 5 years in a managerial position)
  • Good knowledge of accounting and business control
  • Good knowledge of the company, its businesses and culture.
  • Taking initiative
  • Responsiveness and anticipation.
  • Good knowledge of the company’s information system
  • Mastery of office 365 tools and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.

Position 6: Senior Developer/ IT Project Manager/

Qualifications:

  • MSc/BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • 6- and 8 years relevant experience with 3 years at IT Project Management role for MSc and BSc respectively.
  • Handson experience in software development Java, C#, Node.js, JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and experience with .NET Core or other modern frameworks such React, Expres.js, Laravel etc.
  • Handson experience in managing projects.
  • Handson experience in software development specifically with Microsoft Power Platform and other modern software development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI development and DAX, Power Platform development using Power Automate Flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, Node.js, JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and experience with .NET Core or other modern frameworks such React, Expres.js, Laravel etc.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and how they can be used to support business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of translating business requirements into technical proposals and technology solutions
  • Experience of managing and coordinating vendors (Integrators).
