Position 1: Cashier I

Required Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting or Banking and Finance, with COC.

Experience: 0–2 years of related work experience.

Skills:

• Good computer skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Afaan Oromo and Amharic are preferable.

Salary: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Employment Type: Contract

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Required Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Banking and Finance, with COC.

Experience: 2–4 years of related work experience.

Skills:

• Good computer skills.
• Peachtree accounting is mandatory.
• Ability to prepare financial statements.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Amharic and English language proficiency.

Position 3: Branch Accountant II

Required Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting or Banking and Finance, with COC.

• Well organized and able to work independently.

Position 4: Manager, Internal Audit Head & Risk Management

Required Qualification: Minimum BA Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.

Experience: 4 years of banking/MFI experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Amharic and English language proficiency.
