Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
1–2 years of sales experience in an Equb platform, fintech company, or related sector.
Strong communication skills, particularly in fieldwork and door-to-door activities.
Presentable, confident, and able to engage professionally with clients.
Fast learner with the ability to understand the Equb business platform.
Proactive, result-driven, and strongly customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Lead field-based activities focused on acquiring new Equbtegna members through direct marketing and community engagement.
Conduct door-to-door recruitment and direct selling to onboard new members.
Achieve monthly targets for member registration and contribution collection.
Follow up on due and overdue payments to ensure timely collection and proper documentation.
Accurately collect, record, and report member contributions.
Conduct assessments and verification of lottery winners as required.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to members.
Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to improve acquisition and collection strategies.
Serve as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) representative when members visit the office by providing information, handling inquiries, and supporting payment and registration processes.
Handle member complaints and payment-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Prepare and submit regular field and performance reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
