We are seeking a responsible and professional Payment Collector to handle the collection of payments from clients and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, well-organized, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with customers while representing our company in a professional manner.

Position: Payment Collector

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in collections, finance, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain financial accuracy.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of financial policies and regulations is an advantage.

Dress Code & Appearance:

Professional attire is required (e.g., formal shirt, trousers/skirt, and closed-toe shoes).
Clean and well-groomed appearance to maintain a professional image.
Company ID badge must be worn at all times during work hours.
Avoid excessive jewelry or accessories that may appear unprofessional.

Work Conditions & Expectations:

The job involves fieldwork, visiting different locations to collect payments.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet clients’ availability.
Strict confidentiality must be maintained regarding client financial information.
Adherence to ethical and professional conduct at all times.
