- CGPA: 3.5 and above
- Exit Exam: Pass

Position 2: Graduate Trainee-Finance
Qualifications Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance
- CGPA: 3.5 and above
- Exit Exam: Pass
- Graduate of 2026 will be considered
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Graduate Trainee-Manufacturing
Qualifications Requirements:
- BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- CGPA: 3.5 and above
- Exit exam: Pass
- Only 2026 graduates will be considered.
