Position 1: Admin Assistant, Cashier & Storekeeper

Qualification and Experience:

Education  BA in Accounting and Finance, or related fields.
Experience2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of IFMIS is a plus
Other RequirementsComputer literate. Knowledge of Amharic is required.Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.

Position 2: Human Rights Officer, Monitoring and Investigation

Qualifications and Experience:

  
Education  MA/LLB Degree Law, LLM, Human Rights Law, International Law.
Experience4 years of relevant experience for BA/LLB and 2 years of relevant experience for MA/LLM.
Other RequirementsComputer literate.  
Knowledge of Amharic is required.
Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.

Position 5: Head Office Premises Security Team Leader

Minimum Recruitment Criteria: 

  • High School Certificate (10th/12th grade completion) paired with certified institutional security training. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a shift leader or supervisor in corporate or institutional facilities.

  • Minimum of 6 years of active experience in threat analysis, risk modelling, or military/civil intelligence environments.
