It was established on October 30, 2010 with a paid up capital of Birr 9.7 Million, under proclamation No. 86/1994 by the initiation of Berhan Bank S.C and through the investment of 455 visionary founders.
Position 1: Senior Claims Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields from a recognized college/university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant Experience: 2 years as an Underwriting Officer II in Life Insurance.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in Accounting or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.

Position 3: Underwriting Supervisor (Non-Life)
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an underwriter.
Location: Addis Ababa Branch

- Education: BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

- Relevant Experience: 4 years in a senior position.
