Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of Nation Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one Share Company.

Grand MFI was established with the purpose of providing financial and non-financial services to active poor and the ‘missing middle income’ urban and rural residents.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer I

Required Qualification: BA/Diploma in Accounting, Business Management and related fields

Work Experience: A minimum of 2/4 years of experience preferable in Micro Finance Institution.

Required No: 2(Two)

Place of Work: Sebeta Branch (Afan Oromo Language is mandatory

Position 2: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Economics, and other related Fields

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years Work experience, 1 year and above as Branch Manager and 2 years and above as Senior Customer Service Officer in Micro Finance Institution.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Kolfe Branch
