British Embassy in Ethiopia is seeking to recruit a high calibre candidate for its human resources team. The jobholder is expected to support in improving the people practices; such as recruitment, induction, data management, etc. and has the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.Â
Position: HR Officer
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- University Degree or equivalent in human resource management, business management, psychology or another related field is required.
- At least three years of professional experience in human resources management in an international organisation or embassies is required.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge on human resources management and people practices.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:Â
- Experience of working in a People or Corporate role.
- Demonstrate resilience with the ability to work in a busy, challenging and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of organisational and HR information technology systems and tools.

Language:
- Level of language required: Fluent in English
