Position: Property Management Officer

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in: Management, Supplies Management, Accounting, Public Administration

Experience

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in property management or store administration within a public enterprise.
  • Training in Government Property Administration and Disposal Directives is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • The successful candidate should possess:
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal Public Property Administration and Disposal Proclamation.
  • Proficiency in asset management software or ERP inventory systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO/LIFO.
  • Knowledge of inventory valuation methods.
  • Ability to identify technical specifications of machinery, equipment, and office assets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
