Position: Property Management Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Management, Supplies Management, Accounting, Public Administration
Experience
- Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in property management or store administration within a public enterprise.
- Training in Government Property Administration and Disposal Directives is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate should possess:
- Thorough knowledge of Federal Public Property Administration and Disposal Proclamation.
- Proficiency in asset management software or ERP inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO/LIFO.
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods.
- Ability to identify technical specifications of machinery, equipment, and office assets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
