Seed Microfinance Institution S.C. is newly entered into the microfinance sector and was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 and amended proclamation1164/2019.
Seed Micro Finance Institution S.C. engage a competent service provider firm or a team of individuals to prepare comprehensive policies, procedure manuals, a five-year strategic plan, organizational structure, and salary scale for SEED Micro Finance Institution S.C
Position 1: Company Secretary
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirement Qualification and experience: BA/Level IV 2 year for Level IV and zero years for BA experience.
- Field of Study: Law, Human Resource, Accounting and Finance, Secretary science, office management and related field of study.
Duty Station:Â Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 2: Internal, Audit Risk and compliance Senior Officer
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirement Qualification and experience: BA/MA/MBA 5 years for BA and 4 years for MA/MBA with relevant work experience out of which 2 years in senior or supervisory positions.
- Field of Study: Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Duty Station:Â Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 3: Internal Audit and Service Head
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirement Qualification and experience: BA/MA/MBA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA/MBA with a relevant work experience out of which 3 year in senior or supervisory positions.
- Field of Study: Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Duty Station:Â Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 4: Finance Manager
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirement Qualification and experience: BA/MA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 3 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above
- Field of Study: Accounting and finance, Accounting and related field of study.
- IFRS experience and training is Mandatory.
