JaRco Consulting is an international consulting company, established in 2007, with offices in the United States and Ethiopia. Since its establishment, JaRco has provided technical support in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), as well as data collection for development and humanitarian programs.

Position 1: Logistics Assistant
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exit Exam result: 75 & above
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or operations support and related areas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in NGO, donor funded projects or field operations is an added advantage.
Place of work:Â Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
Experience
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (consultancy or project-based experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
- Experience with client billing and contract-based financial tracking
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of tax compliance and financial regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
