WALTA TECHNOLOGIES is one of Ethiopia’s growing GPS tracking and fleet technology companies with multiple branch offices across Ethiopia. The company operates in GPS tracking systems, fuel monitoring systems, fleet management solutions, customer service operations, and branch-based technical services.
Position 1: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Experience building ERP, CRM, inventory, HR, logistics, or business management systems
- Experience developing multi-user dashboard systems
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
- Experience working with APIs and cloud-hosted applications
- Experience using GitHub or other version control systems
Equivalent strong practical experience and portfolio may also be considered.
Position Summary
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will lead the technical development of Walta OS and future software products. The candidate must have strong experience building business systems, dashboards, APIs, databases, and scalable web applications. The role requires both technical expertise and operational understanding. The developer will work closely with management teams to convert real business workflows into digital systems.

- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and planning capability
