Frontieri Consult, PLC, in its more than a decade-old existence, have undertaken over 200 plus research and consultancy projects in baseline survey, impact assessments, mid-term reviews and end-line surveys in different sectors for various multilateral Organizations, International NGOs, and governmental Organizations geared towards the country’s development and growth.
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, an import and export company, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team.
Position: Jr. Accountant
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, ideally within a finance team
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and double entry bookkeeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks under supervision
- Competent with spreadsheets and standard office applications
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to follow established procedures
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting tax and audit processes, and preparing financial reports to assist management in decision-making.
