Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 1 year and above of experience in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Diredawa, Kombolcha, Jimma, Bishoftu
Position 2: IT Support Officer
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 2 years of experience in related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Bishoftu, Jimma
Position 3: Customer Service Manager-I
Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in a senior position in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha, Bishoftu
Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer
Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Diredawa, Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha
Position 5: Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash
Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 3 years and above, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Jimma, Bishoftu, Adama, Kombolcha
Position 6: Branch Manager-III
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or other related fields
Experience: 3–5 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in the banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Adama
