Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work.
Position 1: Communication Officer
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in one or more of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Film Production, Multimedia Communication, Digital Media, Videography, Photography, Journalism, Mass Communication or other related fields.
- Formal training or certification in videography, photography, Graphic Design, and video editing is an added advantage.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production.
- Proven experience in both camera operation and video editing.
- Experience in a newsroom, corporate communication unit, media organisation, or public institution is preferable.

Position 2: Senior Branch Coordination Officer
Minimum Requirement
B.A. degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or Marketing or other business-related fields, with 4 years of related work experience.
Competency
- Knowledge of the operation of the Company
- Thorough knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and practices
- Good knowledge of business management principles and practices
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Skill in the use of basic computer software applications

Position 3: Senior Sales Officer
Minimum Requirement
B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or other Business related fields with 4 years of related work experience
Competency
- Good knowledge of overall business, economic and government policy environment.
- Good knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of relevant software application skills.

Position 4: Manager Budget Control and Fund Management
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting,Management or other Business-related fields with 8/10 years of experience, respectively, of which 2 years of experience as a manager
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation, cost control, and fund management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.

Position 5: ATM Service Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSC Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field,
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for BSC in ATM maintenance, electronics repair, or field service,
- Minimum 4 years of experience for Diploma in ATM maintenance, electronics repair, or related technical field.

Position 6: Senior Digital and Fund Administration Officer
Minimum Requirement
B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or other Business-related fields with 4 years of related work experience.
