Position 1: Presales Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, electrical and computer engineering or a related field.
Experience with system integration, enterprise solutions, and IT infrastructure projects.
1-3 years of experience related to this positions.
Certifications (preferred): HCIA/HCIP, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet etc..
Prior experience in a pre-sale technical solutions
Strong understanding of ICT solutions, including but not limited to networking, cloud, computing, and security.
Knowledge of competitor products and the overall ICT market landscape and contemporary ICT market demands and cooresponding solutions.
Better in designing and deploying ICT solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with pricing models, BOQ preparation, and proposal writing.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work conditions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build customer relationships.

Position 2: Network and Support Engineer

Required Qualifications

BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1–3+ years of experience in related field.
Experience in IT service desk or system administration roles is an advantage.
CCNA , HCIA (Huawei), CompTIA Network+ / A+ are Preferred but not mandatory
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), and diagnostic tools like Wireshark, SNMP, ping, and traceroute for monitoring and fault-finding.
Knowledge of VMware, and cabling standards aids hardware maintenance.
Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies such as VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel is essential for routing and connectivity.
Understanding DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VoIP supports core network functions.
Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud platforms.
