Position: Factory Technician

Educational Qualifications:

TVET / Vocational Training:
- Qualification from a recognized Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution.
- Relevant fields include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines.
- Certification should align with the National TVET Qualifications Framework (NTQF) of Ethiopia, preferably Level III or above.
High School Diploma / GED:
- Required as the minimum educational prerequisite for technical training and entry-level employment.

Experience Requirement:

2–3 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is required

Technical Skills & Competencies

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in electrical testing, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
Experience working with industrial control systems, including basic automation
Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
Capability to support system optimization and preventive maintenance

Safety & Compliance

Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial safety protocols
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in manufacturing and factory settings
