Position 1: Analyst- Financial Systems & Processes
Job Requirements:
•   Qualified Accountant CPA /ACCA/CIMA/ACA with an honours degree from a recognized university;
•   3-5 years accounting experience in an international company or international audit firm
•   3-5 years’ experience in managing Financial Systems specifically ERPs
•   Demonstrate proficiency in project management skills and competencies
•   Ability to critically analyse processes and systems for enhancement of efficiencies and performance
•   Thorough understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards and experience in application and enforcement of the standards at the workplace.
•   Experience in preparation and supervision of basic accounting ledger entries and extraction of the Trial Balance and financial statements
•   Preparation of periodic statutory accounts

Position 2: Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialists
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
·  Bachelors or master’s in software engineering, Statistics, Mathes or any related field
·  3-5 years of experience in generating business insights by running adhoc analysis (trend and distribution analysis) and have good commercial understanding
Desired
·  Expertise in various BI and analytics tools such and Oracle OBIEE, Business Objects, Tableau, Quick View or MicroStrategy
·  Experience in setting up datamarts, designing and developing ETL and reporting dashboards
·  Analytics experience in one or more of these areas: campaign management, sales, credit scoring product design, pricing, supply chain, network, customer care would be an added advantage
·  Good communication and presentation (oral and written) skills
·  Experience in telecom, financial services or similar industries
· Hands-on experience in statistical modeling would be an added advantage. Statistical experience can include developing regression models, factor analysis, clustering, decision trees, etc.

Position 3: Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets
Education & Experience:
• Business related bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Qualified Accountant with CPA /ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• 2 – 3 years post qualification experience in finance with specialization an area of
financial accounting.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
• A strategic thinker, shaping processes, people, and systems.

Position 4: Senior Accountant-Revenue Reporting
Education & Experience:
•  Qualified Accountant CPA /ACCA/CIMA/ACA and a member of a professional body with a finance or related Honors degree from a recognized university Â
•  2-3 years Accounting experience in a well-run company
•  At least 2 years at a supervisory level Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
•  Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.Â

Position 5: Senior Manager: Record to Report
Education & Experience:
• Business/IT related degree from a university degree from a recognized university. A Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other IT & business-related fields is mandatory.
• Professional qualification in accounting e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent is an added advantage.
• 5-8 years accounting experience in an international company or senior manager experience in audit firms.

Position 6: Regional Acquisition Manager
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Desired
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
·  Proficiency in using relevant sales tools.
·  Previous experience in customer acquisition or sales roles.
·  Proficient in using sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Optional
· Professional certification in Sales or Marketing (desired)

Position 7: Manager Finance Business Partner- CBU& SnD
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- A graduate with a degree in a financial field or closely related.
- 8 years’ experience in Finance
- Significant work experience in the telecommunications industry
- Able to develop and recommend financial operational policies and processes for the business.
- In depth knowledge and experience to provide strong financial decision support to the business.
- Able to take a holistic view of the business with a financial focus.
- Understands financial data to provide value-added insight.
- Up to date knowledge of best practice in accounting processes and accounting systems.
- Have strong business acumen and highly developed commercial experience.
- Experience in strategic decision making.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High level experience and skills working with stakeholders.
