Seregela PLC is a Private Limited Company incorporated in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa by its shareholders, all of whom are Ethiopian citizens.
The Company has started its business with the e-transport services – Seregela Ride Taxi Services and now diversified to an e-commerce business with a digital platform SeregelaGebeya.com to sell and distribute fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) which is highly consumed daily by consumers.
Position 1: Tele-Sales Representative
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling
- Knowledge of the industry or product being sold
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Corporate Sales Agent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in e-commerce or tech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and B2B & B2C sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for international client engagement
