Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position.
Ethiopian Airlines (Ethiopian) has had more than 75 years of successful journey which made it the leading Aviation Group in Africa. Of course, Ethiopian is ageing beautifully. Over the decades, the airline has established itself as the leader in all facets of the aviation business: technology leadership, network expansion and aviation mentoring. Ethiopian started its operation with five C-47 aircrafts back in 1946 and made its debut fight to Cairo via Asmara.
Ever since, it has been growing in leaps and bounds, and continued to introduce cutting-edge aviation technology and systems. As aviation technology leader, Ethiopian was a pioneer in ushering in new aviation technology into Africa including the first jet airplane as well as the first B767, B777-200LR, B787 Dreamliner, and787-9 in the continent.
Position 1: JUNIOR QUALITY AND SAFETY ASSURANCE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
BSC degree in Food Science/Biology or any related field of study from a recognized college/university with a minimum of two years’ experience in food services/Food Quality Assurance/Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP standards.
OR
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate per the old/new curriculum in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/ Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making/Hotel Operation or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/University with a Minimum of Four years relevant experience in food service/Food Quality Assurance/Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP standards.
AGE LIMIT: 18- 35 YEARS OLD( INCLUSIVE)

Position 2: ASSISTANT COOK
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of Level II Certificate in Food Preparation/ Kitchen Operation / Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation or any related field of study from recognized Catering Institute/TVET/ College with a minimum of one-year related experience in known organization.
AGE LIMIT: 18 -35YEARS OLD(INCLUSIVE)

Position 3: Industrial Electrician-II
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of Level III/Diploma Certificate in Power Generation and System Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Electronics, Building Electrical Installation or related field of studies from a recognized TVET/ College /Institute.
Experience and Certification: Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Medium Voltage line 15 KV maintenance, particularly in power generation environments.
Additional Qualification: Applicants must have specialized expertise in medium voltage systems and be proficient in handling medium voltage equipment safely and efficiently.
- 2nd grade or Automotive driving License is Advantageous. Â
