Position: Store Supervisor
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance/Financial management or equivalent qualification preferred.
- In-depth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Description:
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
- Ensuring accurate stock control and preventing losses.
- Overseeing stock deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
- Handling cash and processing transactions.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
- Ensuring the store adheres to health and safety regulations.
