We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Officer with strong research skills to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, research, or project coordination. This role involves researching industry trends, customer behavior, and new business opportunities; presenting findings to stakeholders; and contributing directly to marketing strategies and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, research, business development, or project support roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, curious, and proactive with a strong interest in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market trends, customer behavior, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Initiate and support marketing campaigns informed by research insights.
Design, manage, and execute research plans to support business development and marketing strategies.
Gather and analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, gaps, or areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations.
Develop and deliver compelling visual presentations of findings to staff and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate research into actionable strategies.
Track emerging industry trends and consumer insights that could influence business growth.
Contribute to business case development, feasibility studies, and new project planning.
Build dashboards or visual reports to track KPIs and measure performance of strategies.
Support proposal creation and documentation for partnerships, campaigns, or product launches.
Assist in designing surveys, interviews, and other tools to gather relevant field data.
Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
Ensure all research findings are archived, documented, and shared with relevant teams.
Monitor the implementation of research recommendations and provide periodic updates.
