Mesirat Ethiopia – Training Opportunities

The Talent Firm, in partnership with the Mesirat Program, is now registering interested young people aged between 18-35, to provide training on 3 selected topics. This is short-term project aimed at upskilling 1,800 youth in technical areas, namely Data Collection, Event Ushering, and Recruitment. Project location is in Addis Ababa, Adama, and Hawassa.

Duration of each training is for two days for Event Ushering and Recruitment, while Data Collection training will be provided for three days.   

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be contacted with details on the training dates and venues. The first round of training will begin on October 7th in 3 locations: Addis Ababa, Adama, and Hawassa.

Eligibility Criteria

• Youth aged 15-35
• For Data Collection: University/College/ TVET students, recent graduates, and individuals with a Bachelor’s degree (without the requirement to have passed the exit exam) are eligible to apply
• For Recruitment: University students, recent graduates, and individuals with a Bachelor’s degree (without the requirement to have passed the exit exam) are eligible to apply
• For Event Ushering: a minimum of 12th grade completion is required

Please note that the specific date, time and venue for the training will be communicated to you after the registration process is complete. 

Female participants and people with disability, as well as internally displaced and refugees are HIGHLY encouraged to apply!
