Position: Order Processor

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing or administrative support.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.

Order processor is responsible for assisting the logistics officer with the importation of pharmaceutical goods from suppliers, ensuring compliance with bank, customs, and EFDA regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting the entire import process of medicine & Medical Equipment’s by SAH pharmaceuticals, coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient transportation and timely delivery of goods. The position also includes providing administrative support, managing data, and continuously improving logistics processes.

Languages:

Amharic & English – mandatory. Other languages is a plus.
