Position 1: Receptionist
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.
- Answer calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area.
- Support daily operations with administrative tasks.

Location: Adama
Position 2: Assistant – Medical Spa
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently.
- Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to assist in different areas when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist medical staff and aestheticians during treatments and procedures.
- Prepare rooms, equipment, and materials before each session.
- Support with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Position 3: Nutrition Specialist
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor with MSc in Nutrition, OR
- BA in Nutrition with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR
- MSc in Nutrition with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge in clinical nutrition and wellness program development
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Dedication to holistic wellbeing and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nutrition consultations and assessments
- Develop personalized diet and lifestyle programs tailored to clients’ needs
- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic teams to support treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on nutrition, wellness, and preventive health practices
