Position 1: Operations Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, fintech, or banking
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reconciliation Specialist (Merchant Acquisition Focus)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in reconciliation, payments, or finance operations
- Experience in fintech or banking is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Business Development Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (internships are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Interest in fintech, banking, or digital financial services.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Finance Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in fintech or banking)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with financial systems and tools
- High attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
