Woda Vehicle Manufacturing plc is a foreign owned company established in Ethiopia in 2023 located in the Woda Industrial Park, Shager City Administration, Oromia state. Spanning an impressive area of 15000 square meters. Our mission is to be the number one electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.

Position: Call Operator

Qualification: Minimum of a Diploma or University degree equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. 
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services. 
• Record and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed. 
• Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions. 
• Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on leads. 
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Competencies:

• Previous experience working as a call operator is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
