Lalo Bake Business Unit is seeking a Junior Hotel Supervisor to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead hospitality teams, monitor daily performance metrics, and maintain service standards.
Position 1: Junior Hotel Supervisor
Education: BA degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Front Office, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience in the hotel industry.
Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), like Opera, and POS software.
Languages: Native fluency in Amharic and good operational proficiency in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Motivate and lead hospitality staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Track daily revenue, room occupancy, and restaurant food sales.
- Support the onboarding, training, and development of junior team members.
- Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.

Position 2: Lalo Bake Business Unit Manager – Hotel Operations
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
Experience: 8 years of experience hotel industry, with at least 3 years as a Hotel Manager or Resident Manager.
Commercial Acumen: Mastery of yield management, hospitality digital marketing, corporate contract negotiations, and cost-control systems.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with modern Hotel Property Management Systems (PEDS) and Point of Sale (POS) software.
Leadership: Exceptional commanding presence, public speaking, crisis management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Languages: Native fluency in Amharic and absolute professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
