Temer Properties, also known as Temer Real Estate, was founded in 2010 EC by two visionary individuals with a mission to transform the real estate landscape in Ethiopia.

Position 1: Site HR Admin
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in construction or project environments.
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure in site conditions.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR systems).

Position 2: Reception
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Secretarial Science, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ relevant administrative experience
- Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage

Position 3: Customer Service Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Marketing, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage

Position 4: Service Assistance
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Secretarial Science, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.

Position 5: People and Culture Specialist (HR Services)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations
