Temer Properties, also known as Temer Real Estate, was founded in 2010 EC by two visionary individuals with a mission to transform the real estate landscape in Ethiopia.

With a focus on delivering state-of-the-art real estate in Ethiopia, especially in Addis Ababa, we have successfully completed over 10 major projects, providing more than 350 quality apartment units and modern homes to our valued customers.

Position 1: Site HR Admin

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in construction or project environments.

Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure in site conditions.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR systems).

Position 2: Reception

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Secretarial Science, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Customer Service Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Marketing, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Service Assistance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration, Secretarial Science, business administration, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field of studies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: People and Culture Specialist (HR Services)

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations
