Our Company Kegna Beverages S.C is looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the following position:
Position: Operator Trainee
Education: BA Degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electromechanical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Chemical engineering, Food engineering, Food science, Industrial engineering, Industrial chemistry, Manufacturing engineering, Applied chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Applied Biology and related fields OR Level 3 TVET certificate with COC level 4 in general mechanic, Electrical, Electronics and Mechatronics, Industrial machine drive, and related fields
Experience: 0 years / Fresh Graduates.
Candidates with relevant manufacturing/industrial internship experience will have an advantage as well as willingness and ability to work on assigned shift basis including night shift is mandatory.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
M.Sc./B.Sc. degree in Applied Chemistry, Applied Biology, Industrial Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in the brewery or beverage industry.
Additional Competencies
Experience with FSMS, QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and quality auditing is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum ten years in consumer marketing within FMCG, of which at least four managing brands at managerial level. Beverage or regulated-category experience is a strong advantage.

Diploma or degree in Refrigeration, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years in refrigeration or technical service, including supervision of technicians and management of a distributed equipment estate.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Management, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum four years in beverage sales or technical service, with direct draught, dispense or on-trade equipment experience.

BSC /MSC in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of hands-on experience in network and cybersecurity administration
Experience managing enterprise networks is Mandatory.
