Hybrid Designs PLC (Ride), an innovative IT company in Addis Ababa, is launching an online platform to enable travelers hail a RIDE on demand. RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years.

Position 1: Associate Communications Officer

Skill & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position 2: Senior Sales Executive

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of sales experience, preferably in tech, transport, or logistics.
• Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
• Experience working in a Transport-hailing, fleet management, or transportation startup is highly desirable.

Position 3: Audit Manager

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, ) is highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant audit experience, with 4 years in a managerial role
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and risk management frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• High integrity, independence, and professional judgment
• Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines.
