Requirements & Qualifications
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- No prior experience required. However, prior experience in accounting will be considered an advantage.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly tax reports to the tax authority.
- Maintain and organize financial records and files.
- Prepare payment documents and process transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
- Support the finance and admin team with day-to-day tasks.
