Yazawa Spare Parts is a trailblazer in Ethiopia’s automotive industry, proudly standing as the nation’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). Position 1: Junior Sales Representative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success or a related role.
• Extremely performance and number driven mindset
• Understanding of direct sales methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Position 2: Junior Sales Team Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in a leadership role within the automotive or technology sectors.
• Expertise in direct sales techniques and the management of sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team towards meeting ambitious sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong customer relationships and promoting team cohesion.
• Commitment to providing top-notch customer service, with a passion for coaching team members to excel in customer interactions and sales performance.

Position 3: Assembly Team Lead

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an assembly line or supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Technical knowledge of assembly processes and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in production reporting and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
