Position 1: Junior Assembly Technician
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields or TVET graduate in relevant field
- 6 months to 1 year experience working in a factory setting with similar products (E2W, E3W etc.),
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Preferably proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Position 2: Junior Battery Swapper
Requirement:
- Diploma or completion of Grade 12 (High School) with relevant knowledge or training in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to use mobile applications confidently and accurately in a work environment (e.g., for deliveries, ride-hailing, or logistics). This is a critical skill for operating the battery swapping system.
- Must have android smart phone
- The Employee’s normal working time shall be eight (8) hours per day, to be performed within the time window of 6:00AM -10:00PM.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and carry batteries weighing up to 32 kilos (weight may vary).
- Familiarity with electric vehicles or battery technology is a plus.

Position 3: Site Acquisition Associate
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture & Urban Planning, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in field-based roles such as site scouting, real estate, sales, or operations.
- Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field scouting and site visits.
- Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and Sheger city areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct field visits regularly.

Required Qualifications

Requirement
