Frontieri Consult, PLC, in its more than a decade-old existence, have undertaken over 200 plus research and consultancy projects in baseline survey, impact assessments, mid-term reviews and end-line surveys in different sectors for various multilateral Organizations, International NGOs, and governmental Organizations geared towards the country’s development and growth.

i-Capital Africa Institute is a forward-looking professional services firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, focused on capital market development, business consulting, and human capital solutions.
Position: Junior Analysts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internship experience acceptable)
- Basic understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
- Knowledge of Ethiopia’s capital market framework and regulations
- Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation techniques, or risk analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Progress toward professional certifications (CFA Level I – advantage)
