Habesha Breweries Share Company (“Habesha”) is one of the leading Ethiopian brewing companies. Habesha was initiated by a group of local Ethiopian investors in 2009. The company is currently owned by Swinkels Family Brewers Holding N.V. (60%), 8,000 local shareholders (30%), and Linssen Participations B.V. (10%).

As a Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a one-year structured program designed to prepare you for future roles within the company. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, working on real business projects, facing challenges, and learning in dynamic environments.

Position: Graduate Trainee Program

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or candidate with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Academic Performance: Strong academic record
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new environments
• Attitude: Open-minded, resilient, and motivated to take on challenges
• Eligibility: Must be available to commit to the full one-year program
• Optional (not mandatory but advantageous):
• Internship or project experience
• Leadership or extracurricular involvement
• Knowledge of industry trends or relevant tools/software

The program is aimed at unlocking your full potential, helping you develop critical skills, build professional relationships, and understand the business from different perspectives. By the end of the program, you will be ready to take on impactful roles and contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth.
