Position 1: Junior Electrician (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electro Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies
- Minimum 0-1 years’ experience for bachelor’s degree holder.
- Understanding wiring diagrams
- Technical skill
- Troubleshooting
- Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
Location: Hawassa
Position 2: Junior Operator – Production (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting
- Ability to manage well under pressure while staying true to the company values.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
- Demonstrated team player.
- Reliable and punctual – must adhere to attendance and absenteeism policy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to receive regular feedback and act upon it accordingly.
- Demonstrated drive for learning and teaching/sharing best practices with others
- Basic use of PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, and email
Location: Hawassa
Position 3: Method Officer (Kombolcha Plant)
Qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Electromechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years proven relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical component and their operations
- Mastering Architectural, mechanical, and electrical technologies
- Advanced Communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced skill in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Ability to read & interpret documents (Like; safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions).
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
- Basic computer skills
Location: Kombolcha Plant
Position 4: Electrician (Meta Plant)
Qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or related field of studies
- 5 or 3- or 1-years’ experience as Electrician in FMCG factory or industrial setting
- Technical skill
- Troubleshooting
- Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
