Our Organization, Rohobot Home-Based Health Care Service, established in January 2017, aims to provide affordable home-based healthcare services for chronically ill patients and the elderly, allowing them to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing participants’ interpersonal and professional skills, with a special focus on the healthcare sector. This role is key in helping trainees improve communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and other vital soft skills necessary for a professional environment.

Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various training methodologies and learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with online training platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic soft skills training programs, including topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and adaptability.
  • Design engaging training materials, including presentations, activities, and handouts.
  • Assess participants’ needs and tailor training sessions accordingly.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to trainees when required.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in soft skills training and integrate best practices into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and team members to align the training content with organizational goals.

Location: Addis Ababa

Gross Salary: 25,000
