Position 1: INSPECTOR
Educational back ground
- Minimum Diploma in Agriculture field or related experience
- BSc in Agriculture with practical skills,
- Fresh graduates are also accepted.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and establish warehouse and field procedures for receipt/ dispatch of commodities in compliance with AY Noble inspection standard requirements,
- To ensure that fumigation operation is properly held by private fumigator firms,
- Upon fumigation is underway, the inspector is expected to provide professional advice to the technicians deployed,
- Ensuring that stock kept under storage kept under the custody of the suppliers must fulfill Scientific storage principles,
- Organize on the job training program for the warehouse and field team mainly on quality i.e. sampling, grading & weighing
- Develop quality assurance system on each site and regularly evaluate its effectiveness,
- Frequent visit to each warehouse and field location and report on the status of quality of grains and will provide recommendations on how to improve the warehouse management system in close consultation with the operations manager,
- Responsible that all physical laboratory equipment are well functional and will follow calibration of equipment on a regular basis with QSAE,
- Ensure that retain samples have been kept under the custody of the Company,
- The inspector will be responsible to the operations Manager.
POSITION 2: OFFICE SECRETARY
Educational background:
- Minimum Diploma in Secretarial science or related field
- BA Degree from School of Commerce in Accounting, Marketing or related fields,
- Fresh graduates are accepted
Role and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Manage database entry and client files
- Document financial transactions
- Organize and distribute messages
- Make and confirm travel arrangements including travel payments
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential files/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Tax declaration including VAT to revenue Bureau on a monthly basis
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports, payment request to the client’s office
- The incumbent will be directly responsible to the General Manager.
