Position 1: Marketing/Promotion
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment and knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our institutional customers, including hospitals, clinics, and health organizations. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing these key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and representing Gishen Pharmacy’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with institutional customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our wide range of pharmaceutical products.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery in coordination with our logistics team.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.

Position 2: Pharmacist
About You
- B Pharm (Pharmacy degree) from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacy professionals registration certificate in good standing
- 0-3 years of community retail pharmacy (dispensary) experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, addressing questions and concerns
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of medications
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
