Position 1. High School & Primary School Teachers

Qualifications: Must hold a B.Ed, M.Sc, or M.A. degree.

Experience: Mid to Senior Level teaching experience.

Subject Relevance: The degree must be strictly relevant and tied to the specific subject being taught.

Skills: Strong communication skills, modern pedagogical expertise, and a commitment to student-centered learning methodologies.

Position 2. Assistant Teachers

Branches: Addisu Gebeya, Winget

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related academic field.

Experience: Prior experience supporting primary, early childhood, or general classroom environments is preferred.

Skills: Strong instructional support capabilities, patience, effective communication, and classroom management assistance skills.

Position 3. Unit Leader

Location: Haya Hulet

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years and above of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with sound knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations and reporting principles.

Employment Terms and Conditions:

Contract & Payroll: All structural payroll operations, contracts, disciplinary workflows, and leave policies are administered in accordance with the legal framework of the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
