Ethiopost is Ethiopia’s principal postal service provider, with over 600 branches across the country. Ethiopost’s new vision is to be a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics, financial and government services.

Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise (SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It is the designated postal operator (DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation (USO).

Position: Contract Administration Supervisor

Qualifications:

Degree in Procurement, supply chain management or related with 3 years of experience, SAP experience is advantages.

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming contracts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to address any contractual issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare contracts, amendments, and addendums as necessary and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Assist in contract negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and commitments.
  • Monitoring contract compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identifying potential risks and ensuring contracts are structured to minimize exposure to the organization.
  • Implementing risk mitigation strategies and collaborating with legal and compliance teams on complex contract issues.
  • Fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and legal advisors.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless contract administration and execution.
  • Continuously review and optimize contract administration processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Distribute workloads effectively and monitor team performance, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
  • Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
