Position 1: Junior Accountant

• Education Level Relevant: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field of study
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Strategy Specialist / Business Analyst

• Education Level Relevant: BA Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with process mapping & improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Technical Sales Engineer

• Education Level Relevant: BA Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, BIS, or related fields
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory Requirements:
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Accountability, responsibility, and open-mindedness
  • Willingness to adapt and learn
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Junior Power & Infrastructure Engineer

• Education Level Relevant: BA Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (additional training/certification in infrastructure management is an asset)
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of power and infrastructure systems
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and specifications
  • Proficiency with maintenance management tools and software
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Junior Systems Engineer

• Education Level Relevant: BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
