Position 1: Accounting Intern

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or closely related fields
• No prior experience needed
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

The Accounting Intern will be responsible to assist Dodai’s Finance team in accounting activities such as preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts and other duties, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Processing, recording and reconciling of sales
• Assisting with preparation of final trial balance for reporting
• Working with bookkeeping software
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Liaise with relevant government offices as required and instructed
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Position 2: Marketing Specialist

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role within a fast paced industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in using marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and present ideas effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

Position 3: Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video production, or related fields.
  • Experience working with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Skills:
  • Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in video editing and production, including familiarity with camera equipment.
  • Strong photo editing and retouching skills using tools like Lightroom or Photoshop.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.

Position 4: Import Operations Intern

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business / Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year experience.
• Keen interest in import/export operations and international trade.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on precision.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
