Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I
Educational Requirement
- BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.
Work Experience
- 1-year relevant Banking experience.

Position 2: Principal Officer – Corporate Credit Appraisal
Minimum Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance , Management or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Banking Center Manager
Education
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
Experience
At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.
Location: For Dilla Branch, (For Addis Ababa Banking Centers)
Position 4: CSO III- Cash
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
At least 3 years relevant experience of which 2 years as CSO II or equivalent.
Location: (For Bale Robe Banking Center),
Position 5: CSO III – Accounts
Educational
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum Work Experience
- At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as CSO I/II level or equivalent.

Position 6: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years as Senior Officer/CSO III or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Supervisory role.
Location: (For Bale Robe Banking Center)
Position 7: Lead Relationship Manager
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
Experience:
At least 8 years relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Relationship Manager in a Supervisory role.
